Frequently Asked Questions



You'll find below a list of the most frequently asked questions:

- What's the maximum amount of images I can upload?
Each account has an initial limit of 5GB - this allows for around 2,500 images to be uploaded.
- What's the minimum contract length?
There's no minimum contract length. It's a monthly rolling contract to give you more flexibility.
- Can my images be watermarked with my own image?
Yes. If you have selected the relevant option when setting up an album, we'll automatically watermark your images for you. This will happen on external previews which are above 150px in width/height.

You can also use your own watermarking image by going to 'My Images'|'Manage Watermark Image' on the main nav.
- Can I integrate my images into my own site?
Yes, we provide 'Copy & Paste' code blocks you can use to drop the images into your site.

We'll automatically setup the billing, shopping cart, previews, descriptions etc were required.
- What image types are supported?
Currently, we are launching with the most common image type for photos - jpg. Other image types will be available as the system progresses such as png, tiff, gif and bmp.

In the mean time you are advised to convert any of these formats into jpg for the purposes of uploading to the system.
- What is the maximum image filesize?
Our upper filesize limit is 10MB. If you have a requirement to upload larger files, please contact support via the ticketing system.
- I've lost my login password, how can I reset it?
You can reset your password by using the 'lost password' form located here:

- How can I get my images to your system?
We're fairly flexible with how you get your images to us however our preferred method is the Flash Upload utility located within the 'Upload Images' section.

This is the currently the quickest method for adding and resizing your images into our system.

There are a number of users which may experience issues with this method due to strict firewalls so we also have a ftp solution if required. Please raise a support ticket to use this method.
